Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Preference for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), but Master’s or entry-level degree acceptable.
• Active CT state license required to start.
• Experience as sole provider in an outpatient clinic or ability to work independently as the only clinician in a clinic.
• Experience supervising or overseeing clinical aides and working with front desk staff for scheduling coordination.
• Experience managing light caseloads and adjusting productivity expectations for low-volume clinics (typical weekly visits ~35–45; average productivity ~1.0–1.2 patients/hour).
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday day shifts with potential rotating Saturday coverage approximately once per month.
