Director of Rehab

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab within our therapy team at Avamere Rehabilitation of Issaquah located in Issaquah, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Excel in bringing a visionary approach for a continuum of care to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence
• Optimize data driven therapy and outcomes through various metrics and standard of care
• Provide direct therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degrees in physical/occupational therapy

• Associates in PTA/OTA

• Current state licensure or certification as a PT/OT

Preferred Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role.
