Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for guiding clinical teams, managing operations, and ensuring high standards of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the therapy department across disciplines
- Lead staff scheduling, caseload distribution, and team performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reimbursement guidelines
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements as needed
- Partner with facility leadership, nursing, and medical staff to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation standards
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
