DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION (DOR) – OT (PERMANENT, SNF)

Location: CA 93422
Schedule: Permanent position

Compensation:

• $120,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary & Responsibilities (SNF)

• Lead SNF rehab department and OT services

• Ensure Medicare/PDPM and regulatory compliance

• Oversee therapy staff, scheduling, and productivity

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care for residents

• Drive quality improvement and staff development

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

• SNF or post-acute rehab experience required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare/PDPM and documentation standards
