DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION (DOR) – PERMANENT (SNF)

Schedule: Permanent position

Compensation:

• COTA: $104,000 – $115,000 annually

• PT/OT: Up to $135,000 annually

Position Summary & Responsibilities (SNF)

• Lead SNF rehab department operations and staff

• Ensure Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory compliance

• Manage therapy scheduling, caseloads, productivity

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care for geriatric residents

• Drive staff training, audits, and quality improvement

Requirements

• Preferred: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Open to PT/OT or strong candidate without prior DOR experience

• SNF/post-acute rehab experience required

• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare/PDPM and documentation standards
