    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • Direct the creation and execution of clinical policies, standards, and departmental goals that elevate patient care and align with our core mission.

    • Oversee all talent initiatives-including hiring, mentorship, and performance evaluation-to cultivate a supportive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

    • Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to streamline operations, launch innovative care services, and solve complex operational challenges.

    • Manage and optimize the program budget to ensure strategic allocation of resources, driving both financial stability and high-quality care delivery.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate''s degree/Bachelor''s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

    What additional preferences we''re seeking

    • Demonstrated track record leading team operations, budget oversight, and strategic development within a healthcare setting (Manager level or higher).

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master''s degree preferred).
