"55-60 bed SNF; at a beautiful facility located in Newport, VT. This facility is dedicated to providing quality care to all residents in both the short-term and LTC units. We get a good mix of short-term and long-term patients to provide therapy to. Our rehab department helps their patients have successful outcomes, and better prepares our short term patients for discharges back into the community
It is near the border of Canada.
