LTC Therapy is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehab department within a skilled nursing facility. Join a team focused on strong clinical outcomes and patient-centered care.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise rehab staff and department operations
- Ensure compliance with PDPM and regulatory standards
- Manage caseload distribution and department efficiency
- Coordinate with administration and interdisciplinary teams
- Support hiring, training, and mentorship initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active therapy license required
- SNF experience required
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
