This leadership position is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and person-centered care while leading our clinical team in a supportive assisted living environment. Key Responsibilities- Complete pre-admission and ongoing resident assessments.
- Coordinate resident care plans and health service plans.
- Oversee medication administration and resident care services.
- Assist with employee scheduling, training, supervision, and performance oversight.
- Ensure compliance with Kansas assisted living regulations and standards of care.
- Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and emergency preparedness.
- Investigate incidents, medication errors, resident concerns, and grievances.
- Assist with employee orientation and ongoing education.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and respectful communication.
- Participate in management meetings.
- Serve in the weekend on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications- Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration and nursing standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Memory care or assisted living experience preferred.
