This position will lead residence life operations, residential programming, student conduct, and staff development while helping students live out the University's Core Values of Compassion, Integrity, Justice, Excellence, and Dignity.

This is a full-time, exempt position that includes on-call responsibilities and occasional evening and weekend programming.
