Cascadia Health, Oregon's largest community-based behavioral health and substance use treatment organization, is seeking an experienced healthcare finance leader to serve as our Director of Revenue Cycle.

In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee revenue cycle operations, manage external billing partnerships, optimize reimbursement performance, and lead initiatives that improve cash flow, compliance, and operational excellence. This position works closely with executive leadership and the CFO to ensure financial sustainability while supporting Cascadia's mission of providing integrated behavioral health, primary care, and housing services.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy, execution, and integrity of revenue cycle and invoicing operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Cascadia's external revenue cycle vendor.
• Monitor key performance indicators, clean claim rates, denials, collections, and aging A/R.
• Partner with the CFO on revenue forecasting and month-end financial processes.
• Drive process improvements through data analytics, reporting, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, CMS, FQHC, and CCBHC requirements.
• Supervise internal revenue cycle staff and provide oversight of vendor performance.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience in an Epic environment.
• 3 to 5 years of FQHC and/or CCBHC revenue cycle management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing outsourced revenue cycle vendors or external partners.
• 3 to 5 years of behavioral health billing experience, including residential, outpatient, or substance use disorder services.
