Director of Revenue Marketing

Oxford Solutions has a direct hire opening with a client for a Director of Revenue Marketing.

This role is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketing leader who can develop strategy, lead demand generation efforts, and connect marketing activity to measurable pipeline and revenue growth. The Director will manage a small marketing team and partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue marketing and demand generation strategy
• Develop campaigns that support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue
• Guide product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
• Improve marketing ROI, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Build reporting and dashboards that connect marketing results to business outcomes
• Use analytics, automation, AI, and marketing technology to improve performance and productivity
• Manage and develop a small marketing team
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and results to leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
• Experience leading demand generation and revenue-focused marketing programs
• Proven success supporting the launch of SaaS products or technology platforms
• Ability to clearly explain marketing strategy, execution, metrics, and results
• Experience using data to improve pipeline, conversion, and marketing ROI
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve marketing performance and productivity
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
