Director of Safety – Build a Safer Future with Us!

Develop and enforce company-wide safety programs
Conduct site inspections, training, and incident investigations
Mentor field and office teams on safety best practices
Track and maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
Ensure proper use and distribution of PPE
8+ years of safety leadership experience in construction
OSHA 30 (OSHA 500/510 preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
