Position Summary
The Director of Sales & Business Development supports organizational growth by connecting Branch Managers, sales teams, and Executive leadership while driving recruiting efforts for Loan Originators, Branch Managers, and branch teams aligned with Veritas Funding's culture and vision.
This position plays an important role in maintaining continuous outreach, identifying future staffing opportunities, and supporting a consistent, value‑driven sales culture across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruiting efforts for Loan Originators, Branch Managers, and branch teams.
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting and business development initiatives aligned with company growth goals.
- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates through networking and outreach.
- Connect with both active and passive candidates using referrals, social media, industry involvement, and direct communication.
- Partner with Branch Managers to understand current and future staffing needs and support recruitment activity.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to support and enhance recruiting and onboarding efforts.
- Track recruiting activity and trends to help improve outreach and outcomes.
- Promote Veritas Funding's culture, values, and long‑term vision in all recruiting and business development interactions.
- Support the use of internal systems and technology platforms for communication and reporting.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all internal and external interactions.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
