This 75+ yr old Aircraft MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) organization is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a DIRECTOR of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES.  With their in-house engineering & a robust inventory on hand they offer competitive pricing & quick turnaround times, making them an easy sell!

 

We need a “Hands-on”, On-Site leader with a proven track record in sales / business development / account management for Rotorcraft / Helicopter MRO needs: parts, engines, components, structures, avionics, interiors, upgrades etc. 

  • You would be responsible for FULL LIFE CYCLE SALES REQUIREMENTS: manage existing accounts, identify & capture new business opportunities & expand existing portfolio, RFP/RFQ’s, contract negotiations, keep customers advised on repair status & needs through completed delivery
  • Report directly to the COO and manage 3 direct reporting employees & grow the team

  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of proven MRO Business Development within the Aircraft / Aviation sector – highly desire Rotorcraft / Helicopter exp
  • Strong leadership traits to mentor and develop a solid team to deliver competitive proposals and engage with customers.
  • Bachelor's degree + US Citizenship / Perm Resident required 

 

OFFERING: Attractive base salary + Bonus + Relocation to Baton Rouge, LA region ** REQUIRED TO BE ON-SITE
