Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management? We are looking for a Permanent Director of Sales to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of our sales department and drive our company to new heights. As the Permanent Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategy, managing our sales team, and forging strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, customer success strategies, and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage our sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure that our sales team is up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with prospecting and cold calling techniques.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
