Job Details

Role Description
The Director of Sales and Business Development will oversee and drive the sales and business development strategies for a hospice care organization in the Pacific Northwest. This full-time, on-site role will include managing and mentoring the sales team, developing relationships with referral partners, improving customer service initiatives, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue growth. The Director will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and aligning sales goals with the organization's mission of delivering exceptional hospice care.
Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including the ability to meet and exceed targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
Experience in Business Development, identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities
Strong Customer Service abilities to foster relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal teams
Team Management skills, including leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams to achieve organizational goals
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to align business objectives with mission-driven initiatives
Track record of working in healthcare or hospice care industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
