We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue generation for one of Boston's most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations.

This is not a traditional marketing role. While marketing initiatives will be supported by a corporate team, the primary responsibility is driving new business, building strategic partnerships, increasing memberships, and growing private event revenue.

The ideal candidate is a highly connected hospitality professional with deep relationships throughout the Greater Boston market and a proven history of developing new business. This individual will be the face of the operation within the community, creating opportunities through networking, relationship building, and proactive sales efforts.

This is a highly visible leadership position that requires spending time on the floor during service, hosting prospective clients, attending networking events, and collaborating closely with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new corporate and social business through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
  • Develop and sell team-building experiences, corporate outings, private events, memberships, and food & beverage experiences.
  • Increase utilization of multiple revenue streams, including restaurant dining, private dining, event spaces, memberships, and recreational offerings.
  • Build relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, sports organizations, and community partners throughout Greater Boston.
  • Partner with Event Sales and Membership teams to maximize conversions, increase revenue, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Establish sales goals, monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive accountability throughout the sales organization.
  • Serve as an evening leadership presence during major events while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collaborate with operations to execute events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions serving up to 1,000 guests.
Ideal Background

  • 8+ years of progressive hospitality sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to generate new business rather than simply manage existing accounts.
  • Strong network throughout the Greater Boston business community.
  • Experience selling restaurants, private dining, memberships, catering, corporate events, conferences, or luxury hospitality experiences.
  • Strong understanding of upscale food & beverage operations, particularly a la carte dining.
  • Experience working alongside restaurant and operations leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Comfortable analyzing sales performance, forecasting revenue, managing pipelines, and utilizing CRM systems.
  • Professional executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience

Candidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:

  • Lifestyle and luxury hotels
  • Private clubs and country clubs
  • Upscale restaurants with significant private dining and event business
  • Premium entertainment and experiential venues
  • Hospitality groups with strong food & beverage operations
  • Membership-based organizations
  • Convention, conference, and event venues
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a polished, entrepreneurial sales leader who understands hospitality and thrives on building relationships. This person is energized by creating new business opportunities, is highly visible within the local community, and has a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing hospitality company with additional expansion planned in major U.S. markets.

Compensation: Highly competitive base salary (approximately $200K+ total compensation potential), performance bonus, equity opportunity, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and significant long-term growth potential.

Flexible work from home options available.
