Operating in a high-growth phase, the venue is shaping Sacramento's social scene, providing a lively and culturally rich regional environment for a professional looking to make a visible, lasting impact on the local hospitality market.Position Responsibilities:Event Sales Leadership: Own and scale the events revenue targets from an initial milestone to long-term growth; proactively prospect, pitch, and close corporate events, private parties, and community gatherings.Pipeline Management: Maintain a highly qualified events sales pipeline valued at a minimum of twice the monthly revenue target while establishing clear metrics and utilizing a dedicated CRM.Package Development: Author, refine, and sell tiered event packages featuring structured pricing, curated menu options, and experiential add-ons.Tenant Leasing & Success: Drive and maintain full occupancy of the 11 independent kitchen spaces by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding premium local food concepts, food trucks, and culinary entrepreneurs.Broker Network Activation: Build, motivate, and manage a network of commercial brokers to support occupancy targets and accelerate the leasing pipeline.Marketing Strategy & Oversight: Supervise the designated marketing budget, directing an outsourced agency to ensure execution across social media, campaigns, SMS/email, and strategic partnerships.Data-Driven Execution: Activate robust customer data platforms to build segmented campaigns that stimulate foot traffic during historically underperforming periods.Position Requirements:5+ years of successful experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership, with a strong preference for backgrounds in hospitality, entertainment venues, or commercial real estate.Demonstrated track record of proactive outbound prospecting, pipeline construction, and closing deals rather than managing incoming leads.Proven experience managing outsourced vendors, strategic marketing agencies, or specialized contractors.Advanced proficiency in CRM discipline, showing a strict ability to track, analyze, and report conversion rates and pipeline metrics weekly.Deep knowledge of the Sacramento market or a verified capability to cultivate a local network rapidly.Comfort operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment where systems and standard operating procedures must be built from scratch.Familiarity with major hospitality platforms like Toast or Triple Seat is highly advantageous.Compensation Package Details:Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)Commission Structure: 8-10% uncapped commission on event revenue, plus an additional 20% from other incomeOn-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $140,000+Benefits Package: Comprehensive healthcare options and competitive professional benefits to be detailed during the selection process#J-18808-Ljbffr
