Hyatt Studios is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Director of Sales to join our team in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania!

The right candidate will have:

• 3+ years of past sales experience in a hotel setting
• Knowledge of hotel operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook and experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems
• Ability to complete in-person sales visits to clients
• Understanding of how to improve local negotiated account business

Our Director of Sales will:

• Analyze market and accordingly create marketing plan to drive group business and ADR
• Work to ensure property reaches budget/revenue goals
• Articulate sales performance to corporate office and general manager
• Communicate effectively to staff on sales clients, groups, VIP guests, etc.
• Call new prospects drive business new and repeat business
• Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through various efforts
• Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain and increase our market share
• Maintain consistent and timely verbal and written communication with clients
• Assist in developing an annual sales and marketing plan
• Identify marketing strategy for each market segment
• Analyze historical, current and future hotel trends, and market trends
• Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet/exceed sales goals.
