Are you a driven hospitality sales professional who loves building relationships, growing business, and making an impact?

Four Points by Sheraton Newton is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales efforts and drive revenue across key market segments. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on sales leader who knows how to uncover new business, build lasting client relationships, and partner with hotel leadership to achieve results.

As Director of Sales, you will take ownership of the hotel’s sales strategy, identify new revenue opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, and serve as a key member of the hotel’s leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals
• Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new business across key market segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve individual booking goals as well as business transient and extended-stay targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local demand generators to identify new opportunities
• Partner closely with Revenue Management and hotel leadership on pricing, positioning, and revenue strategy
• Conduct sales calls, site tours, presentations, networking, and community outreach
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and other sales-related materials
• Develop and execute creative promotions and sales initiatives to drive awareness and revenue
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Newton and Greater Boston market
• Represent the hotel and Waterford Hotel Group with professionalism, energy, and a strong commitment to exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable taking initiative, developing new business, and turning relationships into results. The ideal candidate is organized, engaging, competitive, and excited about being an active presence in the local market.

• Previous hotel sales experience strongly preferred
• Prior Director of Sales or hotel sales leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, negotiate, and close business
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the Newton/Greater Boston market is a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening
