Key responsibilities include: + Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team supporting a national sales organization. + Partner with the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. + Drive process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and revenue. + Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support executive decision-making. + Champion Salesforce optimization and the implementation of new technologies. + Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to align organizational goals. + Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, compensation administration, and incentive programs. + Recruit, coach, and develop future Sales Operations leaders. + Identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions that deliver measurable business results. + Foster strong relationships across the organization while promoting collaboration and accountability. **What Success Looks Like** In your first year, you'll have: + Built trusted partnerships with sales leaders across the country. + Improved sales reporting, forecasting, and business insights. + Increased adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce and sales technologies. + Enhanced sales compensation processes and operational efficiency. + Successfully launched initiatives that improve sales productivity and organizational performance. + Developed a highly engaged and high-performing Sales Operations team. **What We're Looking For** The ideal candidate is an analytical leader who enjoys building systems, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.
