What You'll Do
As the Director of Sales Operations, you'll lead initiatives that improve sales performance, increase operational efficiency, and support continued business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team supporting a national sales organization.
- Partner with the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Drive process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and revenue.
- Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support executive decision-making.
- Champion Salesforce optimization and the implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to align organizational goals.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, compensation administration, and incentive programs.
- Recruit, coach, and develop future Sales Operations leaders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions that deliver measurable business results.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization while promoting collaboration and accountability.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an analytical leader who enjoys building systems, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of sales leadership or sales operations experience.
- Experience leading Sales Operations, Analytics, or Business Operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders across multiple departments.
- Experience leading organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
