Director of Sales Support
Nashville, Tennessee

Novatech, The Managed Office Provider, delivers a comprehensive portfolio of IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions nationwide. We are seeking a Director of Sales Support to lead a highly visible business function that sits at the center of revenue execution, customer experience and operational performance.
 

Reporting to the President of Office Technology, this leader will oversee sales support, contracts, leasing, billing and procurement while helping transform how the business operates. The opportunity is not simply to manage a team. It is to strengthen execution, improve processes, remove friction and build the operational foundation needed to support growth.

We are looking for a leader who enjoys solving problems, developing strong teams, driving accountability and creating better ways of working.

The Director of Sales Support will partner directly with executive leadership to improve the systems, processes and teams that impact revenue, margin, customer experience and employee productivity. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to simplify complexity, improve execution and make the business more consistent, efficient and scalable.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct influence on revenue execution, customer experience and operational performance across the organization.

  • Sales support and deal execution

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations, sales support, customer operations, revenue operations or a related business-to-business environment

  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation and organizational change initiatives

  • Strong financial and operational acumen with an understanding of margins, cost control, working capital and business performance

  • Proven experience building, developing and leading manager-level leaders
  • A track record of improving business results through stronger processes, systems and execution

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Office technology, managed print, equipment leasing or related industry experience

  • Experience with recurring billing, contracts, leasing, procurement and vendor management

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, billing and lease management platforms

  • Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies
