DIRECTOR OF SECURITY
OLIVE-HARVEY COLLEGE
Primary Objective
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Operations, the Director of Security manages and oversees all aspects of security operations at a college campus and its satellite sites, accountable for ensuring the safety and security of students, faculty, staff and visitors, and the safeguarding of campus property.
The Director of Security provides relationship-based leadership, working in close collaboration with the campus community to establish and maintain a welcoming and safe environment with an effective security presence that promotes a student-center learning environment.
The Director of Security is also responsible for maintaining institutional and compliance mandated records and crime statistics in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act; preparing various reports related to incidents, crimes, and security operations; and scheduling and ensuring staff compliance with required security training. Performs related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Salary Range: $70,251 - $86,500 annually
Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as other factors such as internal equity.
