Role Description

The Retail Operations Director – Service Deli & Bakery is a full-time, on-site role based in Reseda, CA. This role oversees Service Deli and Bakery operations across all JONS locations, including product selection, merchandising, food safety, quality standards, budgeting, sales performance, and profitability. Responsibilities include leading department managers, supporting staffing needs, ensuring policy execution, developing promotions, maintaining inventory levels, and improving customer satisfaction. **This is a business management and retail operations role. **
