Director of Services

Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for a Director of Services for a local non-profit in the Fargo/Moorhead area. This position is a member of the leadership team with strategic planning and internal initiatives. Additionally, this role will manage day-to-day programs and projects that support the organization s mission.

Type of Position: Full Time Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, additional as determined
Compensation: $70K - $85K DOE

Position Overview:

• 
  Reviews community needs for new programs and/or improvements to existing programs
  
• 
  Selects, trains, and evaluates staff for services and programs
  
• 
  Assigns work and oversees performance
  
• 
  Collaborates with leadership for overall organizational success
  

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• 
  Bachelor s or associate degree related to human services
  
• 
  Two or more years of experience working in human services and/or non-profit setting
  
• 
  Supervisory experience
  
• 
  Outstanding communication skills
  
• 
  Proficiency in Client Resource Management (CRM) software
  
• 
  Ability to lead by example
