This leadership role will oversee the shared services optimization, focusing on the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and overall excellence in our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 background. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shared services organization, focusing on the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC) process, to ensure high-quality and efficient financial operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the shared services department, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
• Manage and direct the work of shared services staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
• Evaluate and improve systems and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless integration of shared services functions within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in shared services and financial management.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a Big 4 background.
• Proven experience in managing the Shared Services Center.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional financial and business acumen, with a strong understanding of shared services operations in the construction industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial management software and other relevant technologies.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
