About the role:

This role is responsible for managing operational functions for services supported by The Spoke. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning Spoke operations with overall firm strategy. Leads teams to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and maintain compliance with firm policies and industry regulations. Additionally, this position partners with Spoke Service Management and Spoke leadership to support operational excellence.

As a Director you will be responsible for:

• Oversee and optimize core operational functions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.
• Manage hiring, training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams and future leaders, tailored to service line needs.
• Collaborate with clients and Spoke Leadership to understand business priorities, define objectives, establish measurable outcomes, and develop process documentation and budget estimates for operational planning.
• Execute communication strategies that articulate the vision, operational strategy, and performance goals for the Spoke Operations team.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements in alignment with firm and service line standards.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with service line stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Partner with Spoke Service Management to implement initiatives that enhance service quality and delivery, leveraging frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
• Drive collaboration and integration across teams and with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational priorities.

What you will need:

• 8 years of relevant experience is required.

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• Six Sigma certification preferred.
