Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer the Director of Staff Development supervises directs plans develops implements evaluates and coordinates all training staff development and corporate learning experiences for the Kane Community Living Centers. This position serves as a consultant to the Staff Development Coordinators in each of the Kane Community Living Centers. This position may require working beyond normal hours on weekends and on holidays as needed.
