Salary: Up to $170,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all sterile processing operations, including decontamination, sterilization, and instrument distribution

• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop sterile processing teams

• Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in sterile processing or perioperative services

• Strong knowledge of sterilization standards, equipment, and best practices

• Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., The Joint Commission)

• CRCST or related certification preferred
