We are looking for a strong, people-focused sales leader to serve as our Student Selection Director. This role is responsible for leading the Student Selection and Student Success teams, driving enrollment performance, strengthening the student onboarding experience, and ensuring prospective students are guided with clarity, urgency, and care from first contact through start readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Student Selection and Student Success teams to achieve enrollment, revenue, and start-readiness goals.
  • Own the department’s sales strategy, enrollment funnel, conversion metrics, and performance expectations.
  • Drive accountability through clear goals, consistent coaching, team training, and regular performance review.
  • Monitor weekly metrics, student start forecasts, Booth Hold Payment goals, and overall department performance.
  • Strengthen the student onboarding experience by coordinating with financial aid, housing, documentation, and other internal teams.
  • Use data, technology, and process improvement to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalable growth.
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, urgency, and student-centered service.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in education, admissions, enrollment, or a high-accountability sales environment.
  • Proven success leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, pipeline management, and revenue accountability.
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop team members while maintaining clear standards and expectations.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to turn goals into process, structure, and measurable execution.
  • Comfortable using data, reports, and technology to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high standards and a strong sense of urgency.
