St. Barnabas School is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven Director of Student Support for the 2026–2027 school year. Guided by our Catholic mission, this educator will support the academic, social, and emotional growth of all learners by providing targeted interventions, partnering with teachers to implement effective accommodations and instructional strategies, and working closely with families throughout the IEP and 504 evaluation process.

This position has an annualized salary range of $45,000.00 - $55,000.00. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
