Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Surgical Services (RN) to lead perioperative operations for a respected healthcare organization in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of surgical services, ensuring exceptional patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement across the surgical department.

Offering a competitive salary of $147,000 – $198,000 annually, this role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about leadership, innovation, and delivering exceptional surgical care.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of five (5) years of surgical nursing experience.
• At least one (1) year of leadership experience within a surgical or perioperative setting.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative operations, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while promoting a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) credential.
• Experience with surgical services budgeting, quality improvement initiatives, and performance management.
