Director of Surgical Services

A hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead a high-volume surgical program.

The role. The Director of Surgical Services will provide leadership and operational oversight across the OR, WCOR, SPD, and Case Cart departments. This is an active surgical environment operating 18 robotics suites, requiring a director who can manage complex, fast-paced perioperative services at scale.

What we're looking for.

• RN license required
• BSN required
• Strong leadership experience in Surgical Services required; previous experience as a Director preferred
• Long-term Surgical Services Manager experience at a large hospital with robotics will be considered in lieu of Director-level experience
• Experience with robotics programs, high-volume OR environments, and oversight of SPD and Case Cart operations

Compensation. $95,000 - $175,000 per year. Sign-on bonus: Negotiable. Relocation assistance: Negotiable.
