Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources is a senior HR generalist leader responsible for HR Business Partner oversight, employee and labor relations, and day-to-day HR operations across Signature Healthcare, with a particular focus on supporting the Nursing department. This is a relationship-intensive, hands-on leadership role requiring a seasoned HR professional with experienceoperatingin a unionized healthcare environment and leading complex, sensitive employee investigations. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of HR and senior leadership team, providing sound, practical judgment on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues.
