Director Of Technical AccountingThis role is responsible for leading technical accounting policy and ensuring the consistent application of U.S. GAAP across a complex, global organization. Acting as the primary subject matter expert, the Director advises on high‑judgment accounting matters and complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve‑outs, and evolving business models. The position requires close partnership with cross‑functional teams such as SEC Reporting, Controllership, FP&A, Legal, and Tax to ensure accounting conclusions are technically sound and aligned with broader business objectives. In addition to supporting complex transactions, the role focuses on building and maintaining scalable accounting policies, strong governance frameworks, and robust documentation standards. The Director prepares and reviews technical accounting memoranda, supports audit and regulatory requirements, and ensures all positions are well‑documented and SOX‑compliant.
