Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of travel services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure optimal service levels.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in travel operations management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and market trends.
