As Director of Village Services, you'll be the chief experience creator of our tight-knit mountain community. Who You Are:

- Experience preserving and enhancing exclusive community cultures is a plus
What You'll do:
- Serve as the ultimate host for our homeowners, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Create and execute extraordinary events that enhance the Sugar Bowl lifestyle
- Train and develop our elite Concierge team and Stewards to deliver exceptional service
- Manage and set budgets while driving business growth
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Village Services department
- Collaborate closely with other departments
- Design and implement new, magical experiences that embody the Sugar Bowl spirit
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and residents
- Respond to homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner
- Preserve and enhance the unique magic that makes Sugar Bowl special
- Manage the Sporthaus
- Manage Lake Mary
- Oversee transportation in and around the village and to the resort
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the village and resort for extended periods, including during events
- Capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays to support events and homeowner needs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying mountain weather conditions while overseeing events, transportation, and village operations
- Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to coordinate events, manage teams, and communicate with homeowners and staff
- Able to travel around the village and resort, including gondola-accessed areas, as part of daily operations
