We’re partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven hospital in the Southwest region that’s seeking an experienced Director of Women’s Services to lead an expansive and high-performing team. What You’ll Be Leading:

• A vibrant, high-acuity service line delivery 5,000+ babies per year.
• A multidisciplinary team of 300+ FTEs across:
• • Labor & Delivery (including dedicated triage)
  • Mother Baby
  • Level NICU
  • Pediatrics & PICU
  • Women’s Care Unit
  • Women’s & Pediatric Float Pools
• Immediate focus areas: Quality improvement and Patient Experience initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• BSN and Master’s degree required
• MUST have 5+ years of Director-level leadership in Women’s and Children’s Services within a large, complex hospital environment.
• Proven ability to mentor managers, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion excellence in patient care.
• A strategic, servant leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-focused settings.
