    Job Description:

    About the Role

The Director, Office of the President supports the Co-President of DTC and Head of DTC Content Strategy. This role serves as the operational and strategic backbone of the DTC organization — enabling the processes, alignment, and clarity needed to run the day-to-day business while helping shape its strategic narrative. It requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to cut through complexity, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves on any challenge. This is a high-visibility role with significant responsibility for understanding, articulating, and supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Operations & Executive Forums

    • Lead regular senior executive meetings to drive decision-making and alignment on key priorities
    • Synthesize inputs from across the organization into concise recommendations and insights for the Co-President and leadership team
    • Develop presentations, briefing materials, and documents for executive meetings, board updates, and speaking engagements — requiring strong analytical and synthesis skills
    • Support daily DTC operations and help build processes that enable effective cross-functional planning and progress tracking
    • Partner with the Co-President to drive strategic priorities and manage key organizational dynamics
    • Coordinate with the President's Executive Assistant to ensure the Co-President's schedule reflects key priorities

    Cross-Functional Project Management

    • Manage execution of high-priority strategic projects across the DTC Leadership Team and partner teams; establish and track key results
    • Prioritize and track sensitive or urgent projects as directed by the Co-President
    • Represent the Co-President's perspectives and priorities across company initiatives when needed
    • Partner with Business Operations, DTC Strategy, Product & Technology, and other teams to roadmap strategic priorities

    Stakeholder Collaboration and Organizational Engagement

    • Partner with Communications and People & Culture teams on employee engagement initiatives
    • Support internal communications activities including town halls, newsletters, and offsites
    • Lead Leadership Team offsites, summits, and planning days — owning the agenda and end-to-end logistics

    Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years of progressive experience with significant exposure to senior executives
    • Background in entertainment, media, technology, or related fields preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all audiences
    • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
    • Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive results through cross-functional partnerships
    • Strong initiative, organizational skills, and ability to drive projects to completion
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced executive environment, with sound judgment on when to act independently
    • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify key insights from data
    • Ability to travel occasionally for domestic and international offsites
    • Highest degree of integrity and discretion with confidential information

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Required: Undergraduate degree
    • Preferred: Graduate degree (e.g., MBA)
