Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.
About the Role
Were seeking a visionary leader to step into the role of Director, Oncology Services & Senior Care. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our specialty clinics by driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial sustainability. The Director will play a key role evaluating current structures, identifying new revenue opportunities, and enhancing practice efficiency. As a trusted liaison between physicians, advanced practice professionals, and leadership, the Director will foster collaboration and ensure our mission--Advocate, Care, Teach, and Serve-- is reflected in every aspect of our operations. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Specialty Medicine, and is ideal for someone who is passionate about serving our community, especially the vulnerable populations of Marion County, and who embodies Eskenazi Healths core values.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will hold a masters degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or Business Administration, or Public Health. We are seeking a candidate with at least five years of leadership experience in oncology, senior care, or complex specialty services with strong knowledge of oncology care models, chronic disease management, and the needs of aging populations. Additionally, the incumbent must have a valid Indiana drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
