    Director of Operational Excellence is a strategic leader responsible for advancing organizational excellence, operational efficiency, and systemwide performance.

    This role strategically sets direction, analyzes, plans, and leads the integration of disciplined continuous improvement, project execution, and change management.

    Requirements Include

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performance improvement, project management, or healthcare operations leadership.
    • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional initiatives in a healthcare environment.
    • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship building skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities with a commitment to data-driven decision making.• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
