Position: Director Operations CPUP

Summary:
The Director of Operations (DOO) plans, evaluates, and has the ability to move between strategy and execution of day-to-day operations for the department. Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality patient care and services as a trusted advisor to the department Chair and COO/ACOO. This individual must be an excellent leader, with strong critical thinking skills, who can strategically lead workflows and find efficient ways to run practice operations and achieve high-value patient experience in accordance with Penn Medicine's high-reliability organization (HRO) standards. Responsible for keeping a pulse on healthcare trends and advancements in technology and workforce to stay competitive and innovative for patient needs. DOO ensures compliance with regulatory bodies.
