Hands-on leadership of ERP implementations or major upgrades (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), impacting fixed assets, inventory, and capital project accounting.

Ownership of system integrations between accounting, operational, and asset management platforms, including documentation of end-to-end workflows and policies.

Direct accountability for leading the transformation of the asset lifecycle and inventory accounting processes.

Strong cross-functional partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and IT, driving measurable improvements such as faster close timelines.

Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, or hardware-intensive operations.

Preferred:

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
