We are partnered with a wellknown Occupational Medicine Group in California that is looking to hire a Physical Therapist / Center Director to lead a thriving outpatient clinic in Modesto, California. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced PT ready to step into leadership while maintaining a strong clinical practice.
 

Unlike many leadership roles, this position allows you to develop your management skills without the burden of extensive administrative responsibilities. You'll lead a small clinical team, mentor staff, and help drive exceptional patient outcomes—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling
• Adult outpatient clinic
• Average 12-14 patients per day
• One patient every 30 minutes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function
• Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through evidence-based care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
• Provide leadership and mentorship to PTAs and clinic support staff

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist License (Required)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• New graduates welcome to apply
• CPR Certification preferred
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and leadership
• Must be in commutable distance to Modesto, CA

Compensation

Full-Time Salary

• $105,000 - $130,000 annually

PRN

• $50-$70/hour

30+ hours/week qualifies as full-time benefits.
