Reporting to the Executive Director, Search, you'll partner with a peer Director to advance best practices, drive client performance, and grow a high-performing search team.What you'll do- Lead SEM strategy across Paid Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Shopping for core clients- Apply A/B, incrementality, and geo-based testing to improve performance- Evaluate and govern AI-powered campaign features (Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI Max)- Serve as senior client contact - present insights, strategy, and AI adoption roadmaps- Collaborate across analytics, SEO, ad ops, and account planning for integrated execution- Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business pitchesWhat you bring- 8+ years hands-on paid search experience, including YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax, and Shopping- 3+ years agency experience at a managerial level with direct client ownership- Expertise across Google, Microsoft, and Amazon paid search; proficiency in SA360 and Skai- Experience with advanced testing methodologies and attribution/incrementality measurement- Strong grasp of paid/organic search interplay, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and GTM- Exceptional client-facing communication and ability to manage multiple workstreamsFor the full scope of responsibilities and qualifications, please refer to the attached job descriptionOur office is located in Newtown, Connecticut. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party.
