We're looking for a Director of Partnerships and Brand Marketing to lead the development of best-in-class product collaborations and partnerships that drive engagement, awareness, and revenue for the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen brands. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns, bringing together strategic storytelling, PR, content, digital, social, retail, and experiential moments.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $160,000-$175,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
