Qualifications:
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft office, business planning, strategic planning, evidence-based practice, budgeting, productivity required, thorough understanding of all healthcare regulatory and compliance measures related to women‘s services
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence and effectively lead others
Must be able to show a history of implementing successful quality improvement and efficiency improvement initiative
Education
BSN required
Master‘s Degree required or actively working on Master‘s Degree in a field relative to the position
Experience
Five years’ experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in upper level management in a medium to large healthcare facility
Licensure/Certification
Current Oklahoma nursing license as a registered nurse
