The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is 99.17 - 148.75. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center, 450 licensed bed hospital.

Job Summary Directs, controls, and is accountable for Pharmacy Services. Develops long and short-term business strategies, operational plans, and oversees implementation. Manages the design, structure, development, and planning issues within scope of direction. Responsible for quality service and regulatory compliance for areas of responsibility. Responsible for directing and coordinating all pharmacy activities including the purchase, receipt, storage, compounding, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements, and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the organization. The Dir Pharmacy Services must ensure that quality and performance improvement activities meet their target conditions. The Dir Pharmacy Services is responsible to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards for their areas and to be continuously ready for any survey on those regulations or standards.
